Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly through fastchargesupplements.com.

Orders placed through Amazon.de are separate purchases and are subject to Amazon’s own returns and refund procedures.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

Simply sending the goods back without informing us is not sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal. 

Returning the Products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Do not send website orders to Amazon or to an Amazon returns address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. 

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable examination of the goods.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. 

Sealed Products and Hygiene Protection

EU law provides an exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. 

Where this exception applies, products whose protective seal has been broken or removed after delivery cannot be returned under the 14-day change-of-mind right.

This does not affect your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Refunds

Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, we will refund payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered, where applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please provide your order number and, where useful, photographs of the product and packaging.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where a return is required because the goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately.

Because orders may be transferred quickly to our fulfilment provider, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once fulfilment has started.

If cancellation is no longer possible before dispatch, your applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain available.

Amazon Orders

Products purchased through Amazon.de must be returned through Amazon’s own return system.

We cannot process refunds through Shopify for purchases made on Amazon.
